If I were I was a boss

OMG I would be feeling on top of the world. The power that I’ve always wanted is finally mine, I don’t have to work under anybody and I call the shots. Though I would repect my workers and make sure I treat them equally. You know being a boss does come with a lot of stress and pressure I can see from my boss. You basicallly play the role of a dad, businessman and that for your wokers mean you have everything under control including my salary. Some bosses though take their jobs for granted and don’t utilise their staus correctly. It also depends what company and who will I be bossing around. Bossing around is such a primary school term that my friends and I use to say to each other. Not knowing that one day we all would love to be big bosses. A boss doesn’t have to be big, a male and have a deep voice. There are soo many stigmas attched to it I for one don’t agree with all of them. A boss has to be strong, assertive and open minded. I bet a lot of people would battle to take me seriously because I look like a sixteen year old well I may look like one I surely don’t act like one. I remember when I use to work for a magzine company, when it came to meeting clients (by myself) they’d always looked surprised as to say, are you old enough and was I really speaking to you on the phone, It always craked me up. I’m going to be a boss in a industry in the near furture but right now I’m the boss of my life and I need to live it.
